Meeting called upon to order by President M. Ravi Nair.

Secretary K. Unnikrishnan submitted the past 2 years report.

Treasurer A. Ramakrishnan submitted the balance sheet of two consecutive years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and had a detailed discussion. After providing the necessary clarification raised by the members the same was passed.

Members raised the issue of delayed closure of Onam Celebration and the lucky dip prize distribution manner.

The office bearers assured the members that they will try to wind up the onam celebration by 9.30pm. The committee also requested members cooperation if the function has prolonged more than the expected closure time as it's some time beyond our limitations. The committee also humbly reminded the members to cherish the day as we are together only once in a year, that too in the evening as a family to celebrate our samajam onam festival.

And for the prize distribution it's mandatory to receive the lucky draw prize either by the winning member, spouse or the children. The main purpose of the lucky draw is to bring the members on time and assure their participation till the end of onam celebration, so giving the prize to friends or relatives will not support the main purpose of the lucky draw.

Further it's resolved that from January 2025, the yearly subscription will be increased to ₹600, and from this year the minimum Onam Donation fixed as ₹1000 per family.

Then the election officer Mr. Sudheer Kumar informed the GB since we received 21 nominations for the 21 executive committee members before closing date there is no need for the election and all the 21 nominations has been accepted.

The general body concluded with national anthem and high tea.
